  1. Introduction

    Welcome to my Website!
    These Terms of Service outline the terms and conditions governing the provision of illustrations, graphics and media design services by Julia Le. By engaging my services, you agree to abide by these terms.

  2. Scope of Services

    a. Graphic/Media Design Services: I offer a range of graphic and media design services. An estimated price list with the specific services can be found in the Commissions section.

    b. Limitations: My services do not include illustrations in realistic art styles nor of animals, NSFW/fetish, gore (some blood is fine), furry, mecha/armor.

  3. Payment Terms

    a. Pricing: The pricing for my services is detailed in my proposal or invoice. Please note that the prices given in the Commissions section are only a rough estimate and prices may vary depending on your order.

    b. Payment Methods: I accept payments through PayPal only. Clients are expected to pay the paypal transaction fee.

    c. Payment Schedule: Clients are required to pay upfront before the project commences.

    d. Late Payments: Payments that are 7 days overdue the given deadline may be subject to late fees.
